Reach - Fellowship Ministry Team

Encompasses: Small Groups, Family Ministries, CareForce LifeKeys and New Members. Pastoral Care linked to this ministry team includes: Counseling and Visitations, Peak Ministries/Golden Circle, and CareNet/Lois Line.
Worship - Worship Ministry Team
Elders: Donna Fuhlman (SLT), Pat Park, Gordon Leavitt
Encompasses: Greeters, Ushers, Worship Music (bands, organ, choirs), Media Presentations, Sound Team, Hospitality in the Garden Room, the Connection Center, Wedding Coordinators and Prayer Ministry
Grow - Discipleship Ministry Team
Elders: Carol Licht (SLT), Jill Hilmes (Chair), Kathy Bricel
Encompasses: Childcare, Preschool, Adult Education, Wednesdays@First, Marriage Mentoring, as well as Children’s, Students,’ Men’s and Women’s Ministries.
Impact - Service Ministry Team
Elders: Ted Palmatier (SLT), Alida Palmatier, Connie Harris,
Gary George, Steve Sundquist
Encompasses: Both Local and Global Mission Outreach, Habitat for Humanity, Ghormley Meadow and Cristo Vive (our Hispanic congregation)
Business Ministry Team
Elders: Dave Connell (SLT Rep), Eric Gustafson, Tony Klein,
Dave Arkills, Connie Harris
Encompasses: Stewardship, FPC Foundation, Facilities Improvements and Personnel
